A.010 Apartament building 'Saska Kępa', Warsaw
This project is an answer to the competition whose main objective is to bridge the gap at the corner of Niekłańska and Walecznych Street in Saska Kępa, Warsaw. It is a five-storey building in which the first underground level is a car park, whereas the last floor is a penthouse with two terraces. As far as the second and third floors are concerned, there are two apartaments and additional multipurpose room per floor. The apartaments on the ground level may be accessed through a representative hall or a garden. The outline of the building is characterised by simple, moderate and easthetic form, which perfectly fits the appearance of Sasa Kępa. The elegance of the building is highlighted due to the presence of concrete and glass.
