A.039 Pk-house, a detached house, Lubki
The plot in the vicinity of Plock on which a new house of our authorship was to be built was of a peculiar and very long rectangular shape, and road access to it run along its longer side. This was the reason for the first decision regarding the design, namely the setting of the main part of body of the building parallel to this edge. In this section there are: a house entrance, all kinds of technical rooms, an office and a multi-purpose garage. Perpendicular to it we designed a living zone with a private part of the house over it that included bedrooms and bathrooms covered by gable roofs as required by land development conditions. Such a layout of body of the building shifted the building away from the road, thereby opening the building to a beautiful garden. What was extraordinary, the garden had been finished before we started to work on designing the house.
