A.044 R-house, a detached house, Pabianice
A very small plot in Pabianice. The investor’s dreams about a one-storey house resulted in the architectural concept of a house with extremely compact body of the building, which on the plan is defined by two rectangles. The smaller one accommodates daytime uses, while the bigger one a private zone with bedrooms, utility rooms and a garage. Footprint area is in this case used up to a maximum, owing to which there is not much left of the garden, but enough to meet all of the residents’ needs.
