A.048 O-house, a detached house, Krakow
The Krakow investor, with whom we have worked many times, searches for plots that are difficult to develop, on which the average Joe is rather unable to imagine his future house. Also this time he prepared a difficult task for us. A long and narrow plot with a significant natural decline and neighbours’ houses situated quite close to it. In this case it was necessary to break down body of the building into two parts. In the first one a garage and technical and storage facilities were located, and in other one the actual house.
