A.055 House of 35 m2, near Warsaw
Unfortunately, life might turn out differently and it is full of surprises. The history of our clients - a family with two children - is proof of this. We met them when after the fire in which they lost all the possessions they decided, with the help of the European Union funds, to rebuild the house along with stables. The design was created but, unfortunately, due to many adversities the clients could not make it happen. Nothing has come of great plans, and the family was forced to live in extremely inappropriate conditions for small children. Then they turned to us for help having a fairly original idea: to build a house on the footprint area not greater than 35 m2, which does not require a building permit but just a declaration. The help expected from us was supposed to be minimal - a few tips on how to handle such a small living space. However, we were got involved so much that within a day a design was created. Today the building stands. The family is happy. The house is practical and cost-effective. It meets all of the residents’ needs and we have an enormous satisfaction coming from the fact that could help.
