A.069 Gateway to the city, an office building, Lodz
When in 2015 the city of Lodz launched a tender for selling a plot that would be used for the construction of the building 'Gates to the City ' in the so-called the new centre of Lodz, the SKANSKA company, which had planned to purchase it, wanted to analyse this location’s potential. It was then when N.O.W. sp. z o. o. (LLC) reported to our company asking to make the architectural concept of the building in this place. N.O.W. offered to cooperate on designing our office. This way the architectural concept of an office building emerged that was to be the symbol of the gateway to the city. Eventually, after winning the tender and purchasing the plot, the investor decided to implement the architectural concept of another architecture office.
