A.071 Cube shaped house, a detached house, Berlin
A small plot in the German capital city with an existing building to be demolished. This is was our starting point. Fortunately, the investor’s expectations regarding the use of the building were adequate to the plot’s capabilities and after a few attempts we finally agreed on the style of a small detached house with a single garage. Simple use and simple body of the building met the investor’s expectations and implementing the design will soon begin.
