Plots in the vicinity of Krakow are usually not flat. This was the case this time, too. The plot on a steeply inclined terrain and the obligatory preservation of gable roofs. But inserting the entire use demanded by the investor within the scope of planning permission turned out to be the most difficult. In order to achieve it, a significant part of the house had to be placed underground.
